3. Mission Statement          
The first mission of XYX Realty is to derive a planning and marketing strategy that will gain clients, develop the guidelines and system of operation that will generate profit to allow for financial advantage for marketing and advertising to gain more business.

The ongoing mission will be to assist both homeowner selling their homes, as well as homebuyers purchasing the home of their future, by providing professional and personal assistance. Ensuring customer’s best interest is always of the utmost importance.

Develop greater visibility to generate new systems and business leads to enhance the effectiveness of the business and allow the business to grow and develop the company brand.

Personal “Virtual Assistant” to assist in the implementation of the Business and Marketing Plans in accordance with a targeted local market, business and operating strategy, including systems coordination. Assist with the workflow necessary to manage your scheduling, key dates, tasks and reminders for all your transaction types.
B.) Professional Website:
Professional, MLS compatible, simple to set up and manage, choose from a variety of site styles. Market your listings, yourself, and your company. Integrates with virtual tours and transaction management system. Pur-chase own domain or use web address that is provided. Custom website templates available upon request.
C.) Strategic Business / Marketing Plan:
A Strategic Business Plan which will include a performance assessment with SWOT analysis, business and marketing strategies. A Marketing Plan with monthly marketing calendars, weekly schedules, and marketinging tools to increase productivity, plus a "virtual office" to assist in coordinating your systems of operation.

D.) Transaction Management System:

Having a system dedicated solely to workflow management, document management, contact managage-ment, vendor management, marketing tools, and client management, releases the Agent of administrative
 multiple Agent transactions using a single login.
E.) Listing/Promo Coordination:
Assist with set-up and coordination of new property website listings, just listed postcards, property flyers, virtual tours, link to voice system, open houses, surveys, notifications, Craig’s list, single site listings, linking virtual tours to your realtor.com, and many other property listing enhancements. Establish income target goals and identify and prioritize the specialization area for achieving goals. Automatically generate sale reports for both sale and lease listings to see how long each has been active, how long before they turn to purchase or lease transactions, and assist with quarterly reviews.
G.) Monthly Local Area Marketing Calendar:
Create an annualized calendar of events, and monthly identify the planned marketing targets and define the best marketing method to reach them. Schedule a systematized marketing campaigns for each prospect and track the results and analyze at the conclusion of each campaign.
H.) Database Management:
Assist in organizing client contacts and utilizing the Contact Manager to establish an automatic system to market customer with in-house and/or out-side resources. Barcode faxing technology manages and organizes all your files and faxes. Fax straight from the internet to forward faxes that you have received. Toll free fax number to receive .pdf documents as email attachments delivered directly into your personal TMS.
I.) Communication Management:
An online Contact Manager with transaction wizards, document manager, fax services, message manager, and vendor manager. Maintain a paper trail of all calls, notes, and messages in your transactions. A professional voice system features an auto-attendant, multiple user extensions, call forward and follow you around locator and voice mail.
J.) Lead Management:
Assist and coordinate the system for following-up new prospects, staying in touch with future and past clients, using newsletters, email campaigns, website SEO, and other system tools. Utilize system marketing tools which include a showing scheduler for showing confirmation and reminder, schedule listing surveys for Agent feedback on listings, and a scheduler for personal announcements.
K.) Website Template Maintenance:

8.)  "90 Days of System Transformation":
If you have prepared a Strategic Business Plan along the lines suggested above, you have completed the first step of the process. The next step is the preparation of a full-blown Operational Business Plan (Modules) with virtual assistant, virtual office, marketing planning, strategies, system building, compilation of financial projections, etc. etc.                                          
****This process will transform and begin to differentiate you and your business in a new changing technological real estate industry.  It is not difficult to implement, however, it is up to you to commit and begin the process. Preparation of a comprehensive plan will not guarantee success in your business, but lack of a sound plan will, almost certainly, ensure failure.

Technology is changing at a rapid pace. According to

My
